Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle of data products for CPG and retail clients. Partners with leadership and development teams to increase visibility, engagement, donations, volunteer participation, and community impact while tracking analytics to improve performance.

Own client, vendor, and subcontractor onboarding; contract administration; fleet and field-equipment compliance; technician training coordination; new-hire onboarding; company events; and leadership projects. Maintain accurate Salesforce and accounting records, manage insurance and licensing requirements, track operational readiness, and improve SOPs and cross-functional processes across field operations, billing, vendors, and client relations.

Provides internal IT support for mobile devices, computers, networks, operating systems, applications, and employee accounts.
