Own the consultation-to-close sales journey for a multi-location plastic surgery and aesthetics organization. Coach aestheticians and injectors in consultative selling, build sales training and processes, develop cross-selling and retention strategies, track conversion and revenue metrics, partner with marketing, and establish team accountability for sales targets.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and regulatory documents, managing files and signatures, tracking projects and audits, supporting investigations and filings, coordinating calendars and travel, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining confidential information. The role also develops department systems, procedures, trackers, and reporting tools while working independently with strong judgment and discretion.
