Phone-first BDR role driving new business via high-volume cold outbound to restaurant owners: cold calling, objection handling, booking qualified meetings for AEs, tracking activity in Salesforce, and meeting daily dialing and performance metrics.

Generate and qualify net-new leads for enterprise and mid-market accounts through targeted outreach, research, and qualification calls. Maintain CRM data, set meetings and demos for Account Executives, engage senior executives, and collaborate with sales and marketing to improve processes and pipeline conversion.

Support multi-campus student career development and employer relations: generate job and externship leads, place students, coach on resumes/interviews, manage externship assignments and documentation, maintain student records and compliance, and achieve placement and externship metrics.

Advise and guide adult learners through application and admissions processes for partner universities, manage student files, conduct discovery sessions, connect students to resources, track admissions progress and data, ensure confidentiality and data accuracy, collaborate with university partners, and report security issues while supporting students through their first week of classes.

Lead the organization's financial management, oversee accounting and payroll, ensure accurate accrual-based financial statements, maintain internal controls, manage budgets and audits, liaise with external funders and auditors, present financials to the CEO and board, and identify growth opportunities.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned multi-client accounts using payroll platforms and CRM. Perform calculations (prorated pay, final pay, multi-state taxes, garnishments), handle commissions/bonuses/stock/expense entries, assist with audits, and maintain strong client relationships while meeting service quality targets.

Travel with the EMILYs List President to capture, produce, and publish real-time digital content; manage press logistics and reporter engagement; draft and edit communications materials; monitor media and social coverage; maintain content libraries and track performance; collaborate with communications, digital, campaigns, and research teams to support strategic messaging.
