Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, expansion, and executive business reviews. Build trusted relationships with security and executive stakeholders, translate privacy protection into measurable risk-reduction outcomes, manage escalations, support security and compliance workflows, and maintain account health, success plans, and forecasts. Develop and deliver customer training for the Prinect Production software suite, configure and implement print-production workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct workflow audits, and recommend efficiency improvements. The role also creates training documentation, supports sales and project managers, collaborates with technical support teams, and provides expertise across prepress, pressroom, postpress, customer service, and CtP operations. Extensive customer-site travel of up to 50% is required.

Work directly with clients to understand CRM, DMS, POS, and EHR data flows; establish recurring sales data feeds; validate data quality; match leads to closed deals; and quantify marketing ROI. Perform ad hoc SQL analysis on imperfect data, communicate findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and develop repeatable onboarding and data validation practices across client systems.

Owns customer churn prevention and retention across residential and commercial accounts. Builds churn-risk models, prioritizes outreach, manages save-desk and service-recovery processes, handles cancellation escalations, and coordinates with Care, Sales, Operations, Billing, Marketing, and technical teams. Analyzes churn drivers, executes retention campaigns, improves customer goodwill and advocacy, and reports on churn, save rates, risk segments, and intervention outcomes.
