This person is also responsible for building relationships with new schools and business partners. This position reports to the Director of Dual Enrollment.

Required Qualifications:
- Possess an associate degree (AS or AAS) or Higher (BS, BA, MS, MA etc. )
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills including writing, verbal, and analytical skills and public speaking.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to travel and represent Montana Tech in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to work non-traditional schedules (occasionally) such as evening information sessions or career fairs etc.
- Have a deep understanding of all levels of education including dual enrollment, AS degrees, AAS degrees, bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and PhD degrees.
- Understanding of Montana University System, 2-year colleges in Montana, and post-secondary pathways available within the MUS.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to engage with high school students through digital media, i.e., online activities such as dual enrollment orientation
Physical Demands:
- Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without a reasonable accommodation. This includes the physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, transport event materials, and manage the complete setup and teardown of information booths.
