Own and build Boulder Care’s partner and commercial marketing function. Develop healthcare buyer value propositions, clinical and economic proof, partner collateral, referral programs, nurture campaigns, B2B demand generation, webinars, paid programs, conferences, and account-based targeting. Partner closely with commercial, partnerships, clinical, and field teams to generate institutional demand, activate new segments, improve referrals, and create measurable, repeatable partnership programs.

Provides executive and administrative support to the President, including calendar coordination, correspondence, phone coverage, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, records management, and office administration. Serves as a liaison among school stakeholders, trustees, families, donors, alumni, and community members. Coordinates presidential, school-wide, parent, athletic, and campus ministry events; manages the school calendar; supports board communications; and handles special projects and confidential information.
