Serve as the primary administrator for Ellucian Colleague ERP, handling configuration, security, reporting, integrations, testing, upgrades, and Tier II/III support. Develop reports, automate workflows, maintain documentation, partner with functional offices, coordinate vendors, support Microsoft 365/Power Platform/identity solutions, and assist with data governance, disaster recovery, and IT asset management.

Manage hotel accounting operations including month-end close, forecasting, journal entries, bank reconciliations, treasury and cash handling, AP/AR oversight, inventory month-end, audit implementation, and staff training to ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls.

Perform daily accounting and finance functions including treasury, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, AP, payroll, bank reconciliations, ACH/wire transfers, reporting, budgeting, cash management, cost-control analysis, and ad-hoc accounting/operational projects while maintaining policies and metrics for management.

Manage global meetings, events, and congress participation for pharmaceutical clients, overseeing logistics, budgets, supplier and client liaison, on-site inspections, and post-event reporting. Ensure profitability, compliance, scope control, and sustainability while coordinating internal teams and external vendors and traveling as required.

Answer customer inquiries and support operations through order and invoice entry, validate LTL/TL shipments, obtain carrier pickup/delivery updates, communicate status via TMS/email/phone, and coordinate with operations to resolve delivery issues while maintaining high customer service standards.

Greet and assist clients in an outpatient addiction treatment clinic, manage high-volume patient flow, schedule appointments, enter and reconcile EHR records and payments, verify insurance, support walk-in intakes, maintain reception area, perform office tasks, and use trauma-informed de-escalation and incident reporting procedures.

Coordinate planning, development, and execution of tradeshow displays and related projects. Serve as primary client contact, manage schedules, budgets, ERP/project tracking, vendor/subcontractor coordination, cost reviews, documentation, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Own end-to-end pipeline generation through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn), HubSpot workflow and lead-scoring architecture, inbound triage, data enrichment/hygiene, experimentation, and feedback to GTM and product. Build, measure, and optimize scalable prospecting systems.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, high-performance backend systems; design and ship AI-native, agentic workflows; mentor engineers; collaborate with product and stakeholders; own complex multi-area project lifecycles; ensure reliability, security, and performance; document architectural decisions.

Support HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll/timekeeping updates, recruitment support, employee records management in HRIS, open enrollment, training compliance, and employee engagement while providing day-to-day HR service to employees and leaders.
