Implement and configure CRM systems, gather and document client requirements, migrate and clean customer data, build reports and dashboards, design automations and approval processes, run system and UAT testing, train end users, provide post-implementation support, and collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat; enter and quote orders in ERP/CRM; resolve order discrepancies; communicate delivery, pricing, and returns; support sales policies and internal teams to secure and service customer accounts.

Process and reconcile high-volume client disbursements including checks, wires, and ACH; manage EFTPS enrollments and tax payments; submit Positive Pay files and resolve check exceptions; deposit and record client checks; produce daily end-of-day payment reports; research and resolve disbursement discrepancies and respond to client inquiries professionally.

Provide administrative support to the General Director and Office of the General Director: manage schedule, travel, correspondence, board meeting logistics and minutes, maintain board documents, assist with events and communications, and handle office operations.

Lead and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure, automate deployments and monitoring, manage Azure/M365 identity, enforce security and HIPAA compliance, lead IT projects, mentor junior staff, and provide final escalation support and occasional travel for asset handoffs.

Lead the full people function as a standalone HR Director: partner with the President and leadership on strategy, own recruiting, onboarding, performance, employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, compliance, HR systems (Paylocity), and culture-building in a manufacturing environment.

Manage relationships with builders, remodelers, architects and homeowners to retain and grow key accounts. Qualify and manage large bids, track opportunities and orders, mentor counter staff and product specialists, perform material take-offs, prospect new business, and support department goals and merchandising for contractor sales.

Provide customer service and support daily rental operations: prepare contracts, process payments, manage reservations, answer inquiries, recommend equipment, assist yard coordination, and resolve customer issues.
