Position Summary
This position serves as the College's primary administrator for the Ellucian Colleague ERP platform. The ERP Administrator leads day-to-day administration, configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and operational support of the ERP throughout implementation and post-go-live operations. In keeping with the needs of a small private college, the role also supports enterprise applications, business intelligence, automation, and strategic technology initiatives outside the ERP ecosystem.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical and functional administrator for Ellucian Colleague.
- Support ERP implementation, testing, data validation, cutover, and stabilization.
- Administer security roles, upgrades, patches, integrations, and scheduled processes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and data extracts.
- Maintain ERP documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Partner with functional offices to improve business processes and data quality.
- Coordinate with Ellucian and third-party vendors.
- Provide Tier II/III support and end-user training.
Secondary Enterprise Responsibilities:
- Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, and Power Platform solutions.
- Assist with SaaS application administration and identity management.
- Develop workflow automations and support API integrations.
- Participate in data governance, disaster recovery, software lifecycle, and technology projects.
- Assist with IT asset management and documentation.
QualificationsQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience administering Ellucian Colleague.
- Experience participating in an ERP implementation or major ERP upgrade.
- Higher education experience.
- Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, APIs, and Ellucian Ethos.
- ITIL Foundation and/or project management experience.

- Support a successful Colleague implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
- Reduce ERP support issues through proactive administration and documentation.
- Implement meaningful dashboards and operational reporting.

- Become the trusted technology partner for academic and administrative departments.
While performing the responsibilities of the ERP Administrator (Ellucian Colleague), the employee is required to sit for varying lengths of time; bend, reach, lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds; routinely stand, walk, and kneel and regularly ascend/descend stairs; use hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard; perform extended periods of work at a computer workstation, view a computer monitor; perceive sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and receive detailed information through oral communication; express and exchange ideas by means of spoken word; and work in an office setting. Must be able to travel with students and staff throughout the campus.
