Lead and build Nightfall's marketing function: strategy, demand generation, field and product marketing, brand, PR/analyst relations, website conversion, AI-native workflows, budget ownership, and team development to drive revenue and category leadership.

Provide high-level administrative support to consultants: manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, expense reimbursements, confidential correspondence, database updates, and client/candidate communications. Coordinate search activities, assist business development, produce deliverables, and support office operations to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities.
