Owns program delivery strategy, governance, executive reporting, staffing, roadmap execution, risk escalation, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment. Builds and develops high-performing Technical Program Manager teams while establishing processes and tools that improve delivery visibility and outcomes across shared services and platform initiatives.
