Support the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling interviews (virtual and in-person), managing candidate communications, initiating background checks, preparing electronic offers, updating Oracle Recruiting Cloud, maintaining applicant files, owning onboarding and processing in Oracle Fusion, coordinating candidate travel and relocation/immigration support, assisting HR operations and events, and performing general administrative duties.

Lead and hands-on build key PaaS features: design, implement, and operate distributed systems on Kubernetes and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Manage and mentor a small engineering team, drive architecture and technical decisions, own feature lifecycles, recruit, and partner with product to deliver scalable, secure network-routing capabilities.

Build scalable, distributed backend services and event-driven systems for AI-driven digital twins. Develop high-throughput, low-latency APIs and microservices in Node.js/TypeScript or Python, orchestrate AI agent systems, and collaborate with product and data science teams while mentoring engineers and shaping technical direction.

Provide customer support for product orders, pricing, shipping and account management; process and track orders; coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues; maintain records; support onboarding, quality/compliance escalation, warehouse picking/packing, and continuous improvement initiatives within FDA-regulated operations.

Drive referral volume by building and maintaining relationships with primary and specialty care providers, discharge planners, and referral coordinators. Spend ~70% of time in the field conducting in-person visits, arranging educational meetings, and coordinating with clinical and operations teams. Use data and Salesforce to prioritize outreach, document activity, and meet metric-based targets while representing LifeStance clinicians and increasing patient referrals.
