Lead process safety initiatives at a refinery to ensure OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance. Drive PHA/HAZOP, LOPA, MAH, MOC activities, incident investigations, audits, and corrective action closure. Partner with site and HSE leadership to mitigate risks, embed process safety principles, and improve safety systems and performance metrics.

Support community accounting and payroll by maintaining resident and business office files, handling billing and collections, processing lease renewals, reconciling petty cash, and ensuring timely payroll and accounts payable/receivable processing while protecting confidential information.

Lead seasonal creative vision and product development for men's fishing and hunting apparel, from concept to final sample. Create sketches, technical packages, and prototypes; collaborate with merchandising, product development, materials, technical design, and costing; research trends and consumer insights; drive innovation in materials and performance while ensuring commercial viability and fit.

Design and produce original, scalable experiential and motion content across brand, marketing, and immersive platforms. Develop identity systems, storyboards, animatics, pitch decks, and production-ready motion designs. Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to research, ideate, and execute visual concepts for environmental, digital, print, and merchandise applications while meeting fast-paced deadlines and adapting to feedback.

Lead the Inflight Training & Standards team to design and deliver initial, recurrent, and requalification training. Ensure FAA/TSA regulatory compliance, maintain training records, manage audits/inspections, oversee budget and workforce planning, and collaborate with operational partners to drive safety, continuous improvement, and training strategy.
