Provide SAP Basis administration and support across landscapes, perform installations, upgrades, support stack and OSS note application, backups, migrations, disaster recovery testing, and data refreshes between environments. Provide systems administration for Linux environments; use automation tools (Chef, Puppet) to manage configurations; manage and administer logging platforms (Splunk or ELK stack); FluentD administration a plus. Administer, install, configure and support Actuate/OpenText iHub (single-node and 2-node cluster). Migrate metadata to Oracle, deploy RSSE/IPSE/usage/error log consolidator, migrate JSAPI and iPortal customizations, perform integration testing, troubleshooting, documentation and knowledge transfer.

Provide day-to-day application maintenance and technical support for business applications. Collaborate with IT and business units on development, testing, documentation, deployment, and operational support. Deliver end-user assistance, perform documentation and backups, and provide occasional on-site training and technical support across locations.

Provide help desk support for end-user hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals; manage tickets, maintain printers and security devices, assist with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VPN, patching and antivirus; maintain asset inventory, create documentation, work with vendors, and support IT projects under senior guidance.

Provide day-to-day help desk support for end-user hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Use ticketing systems to resolve incidents, maintain inventory and documentation, assist with Microsoft 365/Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/VPN/patch management/Anti-Virus, and support Apple device deployment. Collaborate with other locations, vendors, and senior IT staff; follow and improve policies; manage assigned projects and pursue professional development.

Deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot server, storage, virtualization, network, and Physical Security/AV management platforms. Configure integrations, develop automation/scripts, support deployments and upgrades, mentor technicians, collaborate with PMO/sales/engineering, and document procedures to ensure reliable system delivery.

Provide application configuration, troubleshooting, escalation, and end-user support for mortgage origination/acquisition systems. Monitor application health, write documentation, run ad-hoc database queries, collaborate with product owners and vendors, and prioritize multiple support requests to maintain system stability and performance.

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support by diagnosing hardware, software, operating system, and networking issues. Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS problems; document resolutions in ticketing systems; communicate technical concepts clearly; identify support trends; and recommend workflow improvements to enhance AI training data quality.

Own the company-wide IT function for approximately 350 employees, including identity, device management, SaaS administration, onboarding and offboarding, support, security operations, vendor and budget management, AI platform governance, automation, and SOC 2 controls. Maintain Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Mac MDM, passwordless authentication, HRIS-driven lifecycle automation, and self-service IT systems while improving efficiency and documentation.
