Job Description
Main Duties:
- Support the SAP business systems environment including all landscapes and connected peripheral systems
- Protect SAP business systems with proper security and backup practices
- Perform SAP installations, upgrades, application of support stacks, application of OSS notes, and migrations as needed
- Participate in periodic disaster recovery testing
- Perform data refreshes from production to QA systems, or development to sandbox
Qualifications:
- 7+ Years SAP BASIS experience
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating system environments
- Familiarity with Oracle, and SQL Server databases
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work well with others (individuals and groups)
- Good time-management and task/project-management skill
- Passion to make a difference to the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- SAP Basis administration tasks to support SAP R3/ERP, SAP Web application server, BW, and SAP Portal EP and Solution manager are desired
- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 year Basis/Security experience working on large-scale SAP O&M
$80-90/hr - 6months contract
