Leads RJM Construction’s IT strategy, infrastructure, systems, operations, cybersecurity policies, technology projects, vendor relationships, budgets, and IT staff. Advises senior leadership, translates business needs into technology solutions, oversees Microsoft device platforms and business applications, supports integrations and upgrades, and develops processes, measurement tools, training, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Provide first-level hardware and software support for a 24/7 operation: log and escalate issues, image and deploy desktops/laptops, support printers, phones, and mobile devices, maintain documentation, train new employees, participate in on-call rotation and process improvement activities.

Provides onsite Level 2 IT support for end-user devices, enterprise applications, conference rooms, office technology, and local network infrastructure. Performs Smart Hands services, equipment installation, troubleshooting, device lifecycle and asset management, incident documentation, cybersecurity compliance support, and major incident response. Coordinates with centralized IT, engineering teams, vendors, and employees to resolve issues and maintain reliable workplace technology.

Serve as primary phone and email contact for employer-portal website issues; troubleshoot and resolve user problems; document and escalate trends; coordinate with IS&T and other departments on fixes and enhancements; assist with testing, implementation, training, and demos for employer web applications.

Provide on-site PC and laptop repair and troubleshooting, respond to service calls within SLAs, perform asset control, complete administrative and real-time reporting, follow safety and client policies, and handle occasional long-distance or overnight assignments.

Manage and maintain Microsoft-focused systems and network infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, virtualization and Intune. Oversee networking (routing, switching, VPNs, Wi‑Fi), security controls (Defender, MFA, conditional access), vulnerability remediation, and incident response. Provide hands-on technical leadership, vendor/partner coordination, documentation, and project management for infrastructure improvements.

Senior PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0 Security Administrator role to manage and administer security for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Candidate should be experienced in PeopleSoft CS 9.0 security administration and able to support access controls, roles, and user provisioning for the client. Start date is ASAP.
