As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager, you will be the primary technical advisor for Defense and Intelligence customers, overseeing onboarding, integration, and ongoing engagement to ensure client success and drive contract growth with Inkit's File Intelligence Platform.

Design and deliver cloud security integrations and reference architectures for public clouds (focus on AWS). Build scripts, POCs, labs, and CI/CD-enabled solutions; advise product and field teams; produce documentation, trainings, and customer-facing artifacts to support cloud-enabled security services.

Manage and harden cloud and on-premises environments, deploy and maintain NSM/EDR/MDR/XDR and vulnerability management, perform security reviews and incident response, support compliance in Microsoft GCC High/GovCloud, implement security controls and remediation, configure network/security devices, and document security posture and procedures for internal and external clients.

Perform installation, relocation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of NAS electronic systems (NAVAIDS, VHF/UHF, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow FAA procedures, and support field site activities with up to 100% travel.

Own and operate the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platform end-to-end: administer tenants, capacities, OneLake, and governance; build secure data integration pipelines and access layers for BI and AI agents; automate CI/CD and platform operations; enforce security and data governance; and translate business requirements into technical designs while liaising between IT, security, and business stakeholders.

Provide escalation support and daily operations for network and security infrastructure; troubleshoot and remediate network events; operate and maintain AWS resources (EC2, VPC, ELB, RDS, S3); design CloudFormation templates; migrate infrastructure to Terraform and CI/CD with Jenkins; automate provisioning and deployments with Ansible; manage version control (Bitbucket/Git/GitHub); monitor with CloudWatch and track issues with JIRA.

Lead product vision and backlog for card servicing experiences; collaborate with UX, architects, and vendors; model architecture with UML; implement CI/CD; ensure API integrations, security, compliance, and testing; use analytics and tooling to measure progress and performance.

Lead design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise RPA automations using UiPath across banking lines. Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements, produce PDD/SDD/test scripts, build reusable components, implement IDP and API integrations, migrate Blue Prism automations, enforce standards, and maintain automations post-production using UiPath Orchestrator.

This role involves recruiting new partners, onboarding them, managing relationships, and ensuring strategic partners meet program requirements. You'll deliver value propositions, communicate product launches, and execute marketing programs to drive leads, all while meeting sales quotas.

Own and grow a high-volume portfolio (~170) of emerging accounts under $50k ARR. Serve as primary contact, drive proactive outreach, renewals, upsells, and account health monitoring. Prepare proposals/quotes, maintain CRM pipeline, and partner cross-functionally to expand services and refine the engagement model for the segment.

Serve as primary advocate for a portfolio of enterprise customers, lead onboarding and adoption, build and execute success plans, monitor customer health, drive renewals and expansions, manage escalations, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Support, and Services to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Manage post-sales relationships with enterprise customers, provide product and technical support, translate customer requirements to product and engineering teams, deliver presentations, identify new business opportunities, and represent the company at conferences and events.
