Provide courteous, real-time customer service via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and other channels (phone, chat, video, email). Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments; resolve account inquiries; promote bank products; follow security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance; perform end-of-day balancing and referrals to specialized departments.

Assist members facing financial hardship by reviewing financial documents, guiding applicants through loss mitigation options, facilitating applications, negotiating repayment plans or modifications, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams and the Loan Appeals Committee to prevent loan defaults.

Provide technical finance leadership and hands-on support to CRS and Caritas Venezuela for emergency response. Strengthen partner financial systems, ensure compliance, budgeting, forecasting, donor reporting, audit readiness, conduct assessments and training, contribute to proposal development, and oversee finance consultant outputs to ensure high-quality implementation and partnership alignment.

Lead planning and delivery of a banking/payments modernization program: manage scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders; run Agile ceremonies; gather and document business and technical requirements; translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; define APIs, payment workflows, and ensure alignment with engineering.

Prepare and deliver accurate customer invoices, process payments, reconcile client accounts, resolve billing disputes, communicate with internal/external stakeholders, support automation testing, and perform related billing duties.

Manage inventory accounting and reconciliations; prepare, review, and analyze general ledger accounts and journal entries; support budgeting and revenue forecasting; maintain workpapers; assist month/quarter/year-end closings; coordinate tax filings and external audits; prepare compliance reporting.

Drive acquisition and retention of profitable logistics and supply chain accounts. Develop and execute account sales strategies and yearly business plans, manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and report sales activity. Utilize SEKO technology and Microsoft Office, travel for client meetings, and support market and competitor analysis.
