Process back-office deposit operations and support members via phone, chat, and email. Handle Courtesy Pay, Negative Shares, mail, legal and research requests, GL reconciliations, records retention, and operational support. Provide technical support for core platforms (e.g., Symitar), ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate across teams, and serve as backup to Analyst II.

Independently investigate, evaluate and resolve complex workers' compensation lost-time claims. Determine coverage and compensability, manage reserves, negotiate settlements, coordinate medical/disability and litigation management, work with nurse case managers, manage vendors, ensure jurisdictional compliance (PA), and provide client-facing service and reporting.

Own accounting and financial reporting, payroll and benefits administration, and accounts payable/receivable. Prepare financial statements, assist budgeting and external audits, improve processes, and supervise and coach accounting staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Design and engineer structural solutions for retail, QSR, and hospitality environments. Produce detailed CAD drawings and 3D models, ensure structural integrity and manufacturability, support prototyping and testing, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, present to clients, and maintain documentation and compliance with codes and standards.

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and internet inquiries; set and follow up on sales and service appointments; re-engage missed customers; maintain CRM follow-up; provide product info and deliver exceptional customer service to drive showroom traffic and sales.
