Design and lead global learning and development programs, including onboarding, first-time manager training, leadership development, performance management training, function-specific enablement, and L&D measurement. Build RZR Academy, create scalable learning content, manage learning technology, facilitate workshops, partner with global leaders and HR teams, and use data to measure learning effectiveness and manager capability.
