The role requires familiarity with .NET Core, SQL Server, database relationships, CRUD statements, stored procedures, RESTful services, Entity Framework, LINQ, and object-oriented design.

Designs and maintains interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools. Translates complex data into actionable insights, analyzes trends and performance metrics, gathers stakeholder requirements, ensures reporting accuracy, establishes visualization standards, and presents findings through data storytelling. Collaborates with analysts, engineers, and business teams to improve data accessibility, usability, and dashboard performance.

Leads strategic finance initiatives, long-range planning, scenario analysis, business performance evaluation, capital allocation, ROI analysis, Payments forecasting and P&L management. Partners with senior leaders on strategic decisions and M&A financial modeling, improves finance tools and reporting processes, and presents recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.

Build and own Glow’s global analyst relations strategy for the cybersecurity market. Manage relationships, briefings, inquiries, evaluations, research participation, and executive preparation. Develop market narratives, positioning, and briefing materials while partnering with product, sales, communications, and leadership teams. Bring analyst feedback and market intelligence into product, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market decisions. Track analyst sentiment and program effectiveness while helping establish Glow’s market category and credibility.

Supports procurement operations by reviewing purchase requisitions, funding, approvals, bid thresholds, vendor selections, and encumbrances. Searches for vendors, evaluates performance, maintains vendor relationships, resolves purchasing issues, and identifies cost savings. Assists with RFP preparation, vendor debarment checks in SAMS, procurement reporting, source-data maintenance, and compliance with Uniform Guidance and federal regulations. Coordinates purchasing needs with the Finance Department.

Leads ACCC’s regulatory compliance program, managing multi-state licenses, registrations, filings, regulatory calendars, examinations, monitoring, testing, corrective actions, policy administration, regulatory change implementation, compliance documentation, training, third-party reviews, complaints, and executive reporting. Partners across the organization to implement regulatory requirements and maintain a strong compliance culture. The role requires on-site work four days per week at the Auburndale, Massachusetts headquarters.
