Sources and qualifies new sales opportunities within an assigned territory, develops customer and partner relationships, identifies client needs, maintains sales pipelines, presents recommendations, manages expectations, and closes deals to achieve monthly quotas. The role requires electrical supply industry sales experience, CRM and business technology proficiency, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Prepare cash journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany entries. Support month-end close, variance analysis, executive reporting, invoice review, SOX compliance, and ad hoc accounting requests.

Processes high-volume vendor invoices, verifies approvals and payment terms, manages check, ACH, and wire payments, reconciles vendor and bank accounts, monitors AP aging, and maintains transaction records. Supports month-end and year-end close, accruals, audits, W-9 and 1099 activities, general ledger tasks, and discrepancy resolution with procurement and internal teams.

Manage global data center power-up and power-down projects, coordinating client IT teams, resources, schedules, deadlines, responsibilities, and communications. The role requires remote project execution across time zones and cultures, with essential night and weekend work. Responsibilities include using client platforms and technology databases, improving service delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction during infrastructure power events.

The Accountant will manage core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounts management while supporting internal controls and audits.

Provide administration, support, and maintenance for on-premises and cloud messaging/collaboration systems (Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune). Monitor servers and ticket queues, manage user accounts and DNS, design and implement cloud-based solutions, maintain patching and disaster-recovery processes, and research emerging technologies with cost-benefit analysis.

Leads the used-car sales department by hiring, training, and developing sales staff; setting and tracking goals; managing used-vehicle purchasing and sales; supporting deal closings; and driving team performance against quotas.

Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, job fairs, and onboarding. Maintain ATS records, assist sourcing, prepare interview materials, draft offers, track recruiting metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
