The Sr. Staff Platform Engineer will lead the design and development of cloud-native internal developer platforms, focusing on AWS and AI/ML integration to empower engineering teams and streamline workflows.

Leads inside sales operations and managers overseeing approximately 30 sales representatives. Drives revenue, retention, and performance KPIs; leads hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and leadership development. Builds a high-retention, accountable sales culture, develops sales strategies, monitors activity and pipeline goals, collaborates cross-functionally, and owns sales tooling and strategy, including SalesLoft and Salesforce relationships.

Develop and maintain Java and Node.js backend services, REST APIs, and cloud-native microservices. Deploy containerized systems on AWS and Kubernetes, support CI/CD and infrastructure as code, integrate SQL and NoSQL databases, and troubleshoot distributed-system and production issues. Collaborate across engineering, product, and partner teams while owning technical issues through resolution and communicating risks clearly.

Manage commercial real estate projects from design through implementation, coordinating administrative and technical efforts, consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, documentation, and client communications. Lead project meetings, audits, pricing requests, change evaluations, status reporting, and issue resolution across multiple concurrent projects. Support complex initiatives, business development, and program-level needs while maintaining strong client relationships and accurate project records.
