Design and drive the backend platform architecture for scalable, secure AWS serverless services. Lead and mentor engineering teams, define IaC with Terraform, implement CI/CD using GitHub Actions, and enforce monitoring, security, compliance, and cost-management best practices. Support adoption of platform capabilities and provide technical guidance on performance and operations.

Own enterprise customer relationships from post-sale through renewal and expansion. Lead renewals, pricing and commercial negotiations, monitor account health, identify risk and expansion opportunities, conduct business reviews, maintain Salesforce records, coordinate technical needs with Support/Technical CSMs, surface product gaps and patterns, and use AI/automation to scale and prioritize work.

Partner with the Senior HR Manager to manage daily HR operations including bi-weekly payroll (Paycom), employee records, benefits administration, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration (FMLA/STD), employee relations support, SOP development, and serving as primary HR contact for employees.

Manage and grow revenue within an existing healthcare client portfolio by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored proposals, negotiating renewals/upgrades, and tracking growth metrics while collaborating with customer success, product, and marketing teams.
