Lead marketing operations for direct marketing campaigns in a regulated environment. Own process design, governance, digital asset management, QA/audit controls, vendor and team management, operational reporting, and identify automation opportunities to improve cycle times and compliance while scaling from direct mail into digital channels.

Perform top-of-funnel outreach for mid-market and SMB prospects via cold calls, email, and social. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, educate prospects on Quartile's platform, and track all activity and progression in Salesforce.

Lead and monitor projects end-to-end: define scope, schedules, and deliverables; track client accounts and team performance; prepare client reports and improvement analyses; coordinate with sales and marketing; use JIRA, Google Analytics, and MS Office to manage progress and communication.

Lead lifecycle strategy to grow and retain Curology subscribers across onboarding, engagement, upsell, reactivation, and win‑back. Design journeys, run experiments, build cohort analytics and LTV reporting, partner cross-functionally, manage CRM operations and vendors, and mentor junior marketers to improve retention and lifetime value.

Provide full-spectrum HR support including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HRIS and LMS administration, benefits and leave administration, performance management, employee relations, compliance, payroll backup, global HR/EOR coordination, and culture and committee engagement in a hybrid role.

Maintain and improve production test systems for MEMS pressure sensor assemblies, support test development and transfers, perform SPC and data analysis, drive yield and quality improvements, create KPI reports, and coordinate cross-functional and supplier test activities.

Build and maintain relationships with physicians and practice staff to drive referrals to Stance Health. Conduct in-person and virtual visits, onboard practices, map workflows, track outreach and referrals in CRM, resolve provider issues, and share field insights to improve growth and operations. Represent the company at local events and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Sell new and used vehicles by building customer relationships, demonstrating product features, answering questions, following up for referrals, meeting sales objectives, and maintaining professional appearance.
