Support major gifts by researching prospects, writing grants and sponsorship proposals, managing corporate partnerships and sponsorships, maintaining CRM records, preparing donor materials, and coordinating planned giving and stewardship activities to grow revenue and donor pipelines.

Serve as first point of contact for clients, provide front-line customer service, coordinate loan servicing and renewals, process payments and account maintenance, ensure compliance and data integrity, and support office operations and events.

Process and enter all gifts into the donor database accurately and securely, manage data integrity and matching gifts, generate donor and revenue reports, support event attendee and mail processing, respond to donor inquiries, and provide administrative and front-desk backup for the Development team.

Serve as the facility's clinical liaison and business developer: perform bedside pre-admission assessments, convert referrals to admissions, build relationships with hospitals and physicians, track territory metrics, coordinate admissions, and execute marketing and community outreach to drive census.

Lead design and scaling of legal AI evaluation frameworks and benchmarks, build and maintain datasets, audit and score AI legal outputs, define metrics focused on reasoning and citation accuracy, and collaborate with engineering to translate legal errors into model fine-tuning feedback.

Lead market and domain research to prioritize high-value healthcare workflow use cases, shape product and GTM strategy, inform roadmap with customer insights, support commercial efforts and partnerships, and drive cross-functional strategic recommendations end-to-end.

Provide branch support as a floating financial services representative: deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions, balance cash drawers, manage vault currency, troubleshoot ATMs, identify client needs for product referrals, and travel between branches as assigned while pursuing ongoing training and development.
