Early-stage AI startup seeking an ex-YC founder to join a 15-person team in San Francisco full-time. Manage accounting engagements for closely held businesses, overseeing compilation, review, and audit projects; prepare reviewed/compiled financial statements; organize client assignments and financials; interact with CFOs and owners; coach, mentor, and direct team members to meet client and firm goals; use recognized tax, audit and accounting software.

Manage day-to-day operations of targeted State Senate campaigns: develop and execute paid communications (digital, mail, TV), coordinate vendors and message consistency, supervise and hire campaign staff, track voter contact and fundraising goals, and maintain campaign data and reporting. Support hardware integration, assembly, packaging, and development for wearable haptic devices. Use 3D CAD to design densely packaged consumer electronics, build prototypes, ensure manufacturability, support testing and troubleshooting, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain engineering documentation to meet performance, cost, and schedule goals.
