Territory Account Manager responsible for consultative selling and developing contractor/dealer relationships in an assigned New Orleans territory. Prospect new business, meet a minimum of 25 face-to-face meetings weekly, achieve territory sales targets, negotiate pricing, use CRM and Microsoft Office to track opportunities, and represent the company at events. Lead regional bioenergy sales strategy and execution, drive cross-functional alignment, manage budgets and forecasting, build C-level customer relationships, improve sales processes and Salesforce data quality, and develop high-performing sales teams with ~50% travel.

Provide mechanical engineering support for maintenance, safety, quality, and operations. Troubleshoot equipment, root-cause failures, develop engineered solutions, manage large equipment rebuild projects, lead technical equipment expertise, and support quality, safety, and environmental goals. May provide after-hours support and occasional travel (up to 10%).

Provide first-line technical support for employees across locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printing, and account access. Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory/Entra ID/Azure AD and Microsoft 365, deploy and support endpoints, maintain IT asset inventory, document resolutions, and assist with projects and rollouts. Participate in on-call incident response and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Manage strategic accounts in Colorado, Arizona, and Utah to achieve unit and dollar sales goals. Build and maintain relationships with national distributor and retail channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support private label and Toyo branded product programs, train account personnel, forecast sales, and represent Toyo at franchise meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Lead and support consulting workstreams to design and implement technology-enabled business transformations. Deliver client-facing analysis, develop data-driven solutions, create deliverables, manage priorities, and mentor peers while ensuring measurable program outcomes.

Work with S32 portfolio companies to deploy AI systems into production, partner closely with customers, and bridge engineering and production to drive product and company growth.

Lead cross-functional GTM strategy and execution to drive revenue, product adoption, and retention. Own partner and association relationships, product launches, sales enablement, client engagement, and KPIs. Mentor the team and build scalable workflows to improve GTM performance.

Greet customers, identify vehicle needs, present and demo new/used vehicles, manage test drives, handle financing and paperwork, use CRM to track interactions, follow up to maintain satisfaction, and arrange delivery/registration.
