This role involves guiding customers through ERP software implementation, providing training, and delivering post-implementation support along with business process analysis and documentation.

Review and code large volumes of English and German user-generated content (text, images, video) against client guidelines. Complete paid training, meet performance metrics, participate in coaching, perform QA on teammates' work, and maintain a semi-flexible 16–29 hour weekly schedule including weekend hours. Work remotely from an approved US state.

Own end-to-end commission and compensation administration, SPIFF program governance, BRD authoring, sprint board coordination, vendor/license administration, and recurring reporting across Salesforce, Metabase, and Snowflake while supporting attribution audits and ad-hoc data requests.

Provide front-line and advanced application support for a cloud-hosted loan management platform: triage and resolve incidents, troubleshoot .NET/C# applications and SQL Server data issues, investigate browser and Azure environment problems, use Azure DevOps for tracking, escalate complex defects, validate fixes, assist releases, and maintain support documentation and runbooks while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Provide multi-channel client support for BHG Financial customers, manage pipelines, record interactions in CRM, become product SME, build internal and external relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Manage daily operations for Tri-Share and SubPool programs, improve workflows and systems, partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize platform enhancements, use data and AI to automate repetitive work, and support launches, escalations, and cross-functional growth.

Coordinate IT operations including executive administration, IT finance (budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations), procurement and vendor management, hardware logistics, and GRC activities (SOC 2, ISO 27001 audits, evidence collection, policy and risk tracking). Serve as liaison between IT, finance, legal, auditors, and vendors to keep processes running smoothly and ensure compliance and visibility for leadership.

Lead enterprise workforce strategy and resource planning to ensure right staffing, skills, and capacity for client delivery and growth. Forecast demand, manage utilization, build executive dashboards, identify skill gaps, partner with leaders on staffing priorities, and establish scalable workforce planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
