The Director of Resource Management will lead enterprise workforce strategy and resource planning across the organization. This strategic leadership role ensures the business has the right people, with the right skills, at the right time to support client delivery, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

Partnering with executive leadership, Vice Presidents, Program Managers, People Directors, and Human Resources, the Resource Director drives workforce planning, forecasting, utilization, and organizational capability while providing visibility into staffing needs, capacity, and business readiness.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and lead Frontier's enterprise workforce planning and resource strategy.
  • Forecast staffing demand using business pipeline, project plans, utilization trends, and growth objectives.
  • Partner with executive leaders to prioritize staffing decisions, resolve resource constraints, and optimize workforce utilization.
  • Monitor workforce capacity, utilization, and organizational performance to anticipate hiring, development, and succession needs.
  • Develop executive dashboards, workforce forecasts, and strategic recommendations that support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with People Leaders to identify skill gaps, strengthen organizational capability, and build succession pipelines.
  • Establish scalable workforce planning processes, standards, and reporting that improve operational efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen forecasting accuracy, resource allocation, and organizational responsiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of operational leadership experience, including leading managers in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in workforce planning, resource management, operations, or professional services leadership.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and executive influence skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting, engineering, utilities, or another project-based organization.
  • Experience with enterprise workforce planning, capacity forecasting, utilization management, and workforce analytics.
  • Experience with Deltek, Power BI, or similar planning and reporting tools.
