Serve as on-site HR and union-relations partner for a Kansas City manufacturing plant. Provide hands-on HR support for hourly and salaried staff across shifts: employee relations, investigations, grievance administration, staffing/onboarding, FMLA/ADA and policy compliance, performance and attendance management, and HR program delivery. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, labor-management meetings, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
