The Client Operations Analyst serves as the operational execution engine for the Client Operations organization. This role supports clients and internal reams by managing operational workflows, triaging issues, maintainig documentation, preparing reporting, and ensuring client-impacting work progresses efficiently through resolution.
Analysts operate within a pooled support model and help deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience across the PayIt client portfolio.
Core responsibilities- Triage and manage incoming operational requests, issues, and support activities.
- Gather information, document findings, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc operational reports.
- Maintain client documentation, SOPs, operational records, and escalation paths.
- Support release readiness activities, known issue tracking, and post-release monitoring.
- Coordinate with Client Operations Managers, Support Engineering, Product Engineering, Implementations, and Client Success teams to drive operational follow-through.
- Identify operational risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support client training and operational enablement activities as needed.
- Operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Issues are triaged effectively and escalated with complete information.
- Reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable.
- Documentation remains current, organized, and reliable.
- Clients and internal stakeholders receive timely communication and follow-up.
