Manages daily operations of a multifamily apartment community, including team leadership, hiring, leasing and marketing strategies, budgeting, financial reporting, lease enforcement, owner and vendor relations, property inspections, maintenance coordination, resident issue resolution, and compliance with company policies and housing regulations. Oversee coastal restoration, beach nourishment, shoreline protection, dredging, coastal structures, hazard analyses, and hydrodynamic/coastal process modeling.

Manage and coach a small sales team to drive revenue through consultative selling, closing, client education, and retention. Use sales processes and KPIs to optimize performance, handle customer inquiries, promote treatment packages, and ensure exceptional, confidential client service. Base pay plus uncapped commission.

Provide excellent customer service while recommending ACE financial products and services, handle transactions (cash, checks, bill pay), maintain accuracy and confidentiality, comply with regulations, support store performance, and occasionally travel between local stores.

Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform. Troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, develop test plans, collect and analyze service data, maintain service catalog and reporting, and train end users to support IT Service Management.

Sell Xplor Pay payment solutions door-to-door and in the field to local businesses. Educate owners on cost savings and transaction efficiency, close deals, earn activation bonuses, commissions and residuals, and self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking while working independently with company training and support.
