Lead business development and project delivery for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and resilience projects in Central and North Florida. Build client relationships, lead pursuit planning, manage project teams and scopes, support technical alignment with national practice, mentor staff, and deliver financial growth. Travel up to 30%.

Provide daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual trust accounting and managed services using Black Diamond Trust software. Process and reconcile cash, securities, trades, corporate actions and funds movements; support clients, research and resolve issues, meet deadlines, document processes, and collaborate with client relationship and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely operations.

Perform quarterly loss reserve analyses across multiple P&C lines, monitor reserve adequacy, conduct semiannual long-duration UPR analyses, improve actuarial data/reporting, perform deep-dive program analyses, support pricing due diligence, assist regulatory reporting (US Annual Statement, Schedule P, IFRS 17), and estimate collateral needs for unauthorized reinsurers.
