What you’ll do as Inside Sales Director:
- The role leads five geographically aligned support pods comprising Inside Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Lead Qualifiers, establishing consistent standards
- Lead, coach, and develop the North America Inside Sales organization, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and speed to competence across five regional pods.
- Set and execute the Inside Sales strategy, annual operating plan, coverage model, service levels, and activity standards.
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors and field sales leaders to define account ownership, lead handoffs, rules of engagement, campaign priorities.

- Create a disciplined operating cadence for lead response, prospecting, pipeline reviews, quote follow-up, customer reactivation

You are:
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in inside sales, sales development, commercial operations, or a comparable multi-region B2B sales organization.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams, recruiting and developing talent, and improving individual and team performance through structured coaching.
- Strong command of sales-funnel management, demand generation, pipeline discipline, forecasting, customer acquisition, retention, and conversion economics.
- Experience partnering across field sales, marketing, operations, and senior leadership in a matrixed organization; equipment rental, power, temperature control, industrial services, or
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, performance dashboards, data analysis, and translating insights into clear priorities and corrective actions.
- Executive-level communication, change leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to balance standardized processes with distinct regional and sector market needs.
