The Software Engineer will design and implement systems across the stack, focusing on AI-native engineering principles, distributed systems, and high-performance data processing.

Design, develop, test, and analyze thermal protection systems, textiles, and mechanical/electromechanical hardware for launch and flight vehicles. Manage Employment Practice Liability claims end-to-end including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation and disposition. Lead design and implementation of batch and stream loading systems to ingest terabytes daily. Provide technical leadership on the Streamloader team, collaborate with architects, engineers, product, sales, and customers, and develop high-performance distributed software in C++ and/or Java while ensuring system reliability and customer success.

As a founding Account Executive, you will develop customer relationships, co-create sales strategies, and ensure client satisfaction while representing CorePilot at industry events.

This role involves owning the positioning and messaging for TLDR, creating sales toolkits, and ensuring cohesive communication across teams for effective market launch and sales enablement.
