Own and grow new business for Sage Intacct from first contact through contract. Manage and grow national account relationships for multi-site commercial and industrial lighting customers. Identify sales opportunities, provide product training, ensure accurate pricing and data in systems, analyze sales trends, and support distributor and end-user engagement while traveling extensively to territory markets.

Lead and execute institutional research and evaluation projects supporting planning, accountability, and enrollment management. Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses, prepare compliance reports (IPEDS, National Student Clearinghouse), design surveys, develop data visualizations and dashboards, query institutional databases, maintain reproducible code and documentation, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Drive regional growth and operational excellence for partner clinics by building strategic partnerships, overseeing regional KPIs, managing onsite agents, conducting periodic site visits, delivering data-driven performance reviews, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and leading regional expansion and process optimization.
