Serve as the facility's clinical liaison and business developer: perform bedside pre-admission assessments, convert referrals to admissions, build relationships with hospitals and physicians, track territory metrics, coordinate admissions, and execute marketing and community outreach to drive census.

Serve as the company's first U.S. attorney by bringing U.S. litigation expertise into product development. Advise clients' in-house teams, analyze litigation data and trends, design workflow templates and legal content for the platform, and partner with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure the technology reflects real-world litigation practice.

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, internet, and live chat; schedule sales appointments; provide vehicle and preliminary financing information; follow up on leads; document interactions in the CRM; and participate in team meetings and training to improve dealership processes.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives including calendar and travel management, email and phone communications, document and presentation preparation, meeting coordination and minutes, expense processing, records management, vendor coordination, and project follow-up to ensure efficient executive and office operations.

Prepare month-end close tasks including variance analyses, journal entries, account reconciliations, and government financial filings. Investigate and resolve accounting issues, support ad hoc projects, and liaise with finance departments to present results.
