Coordinates daily delivery logistics by planning routes, supporting drivers, monitoring delivery performance, improving fleet operations, and preparing reports. The role also assists with recruiting coordination, administrative and contracting tasks, vehicle maintenance, package delivery, and fleet and warehouse cleanliness. Manages customer orders from receipt through invoicing, coordinating fulfillment, shipments, deliveries, inventory, and issue resolution across distribution locations. Serves as an operational liaison among customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, warehouses, and carriers. Handles customer requirements, claims, deductions, routing instructions, and delivery discrepancies while identifying process improvements and supporting systems and operational projects.

Own customer acquisition strategy and day-to-day optimization across paid marketing channels. Manage targeting, bidding, budgets, campaigns, creative testing, dashboards, and performance analysis. Partner with leadership, analytics, product, engineering, and design to scale campaigns, test emerging channels, improve conversion rates, and achieve growth targets.

Generates and qualifies leads for 3PL sales, researches target accounts, identifies decision-makers, conducts outbound calls and emails, advances opportunities, closes new business, achieves revenue goals, expands existing customer volumes, overcomes objections, maintains prospect databases, and supports outside sales through administrative tasks and projects.

Leads day-to-day marketing initiatives, workflows, timelines, and campaign execution. Creates branded print and digital collateral as the primary graphic design resource, manages social media, supports strategy and creative direction, and coordinates calendars, vendors, contracts, budgets, invoices, events, and travel. Provides team guidance, maintains brand consistency, and collaborates across departments in a remote environment.

Handles legal documents, forms, letters, files, correspondence, and related records. Applies established officer procedures and judgment daily while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. The role requires U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a strenuous background investigation.

Provides financial planning and analysis for the Specialty Surgical division, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue and expense analysis, variance reporting, incentive compensation modeling, business reviews, and monthly close support. Partners with sales, accounting, and business leaders to evaluate performance, manage spending, automate reporting, identify trends, and support strategic financial targets.

Supports the MCP school network by completing assigned tasks, assisting with projects and initiatives, collaborating with team members, tracking milestones, communicating with department leaders, and following school policies. The role requires strong organization, time management, communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and attention to detail while contributing to departmental and school objectives.
