Track NPI performance and report results to executive leadership; travel 15-30% for customer and distributor engagement.

Serve as the companys first in-house counsel handling litigation and ADR, resolve business disputes, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on payments-related regulatory and compliance matters, manage outside counsel, and build legal processes and corporate governance.

Manage day-to-day benefits, leave, and workers' compensation administration; maintain HRIS data and reporting; support compensation processes and total rewards projects; improve HR operations, documentation, and employee experience within a small People & Culture team.
