Build Aikido's channel motion in the US East from the ground up: recruit and enable VARs/resellers/MSPs, create net-new partner-sourced pipeline, run joint GTM motions, close partner-sourced deals, and track partner KPIs through PRM/CRM. Collaborate with US sales and global partnerships to shape the early channel playbook and scale partner-driven revenue.

Lead cross-functional manufacturing programs from concept to full production, owning scope, schedule, risk, and quality. Coordinate process development, pilot builds, tooling, validation, supplier readiness, and production ramp. Partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations to define requirements, resolve failures, and drive cost and yield improvements. Communicate status to leadership and improve manufacturing program processes and tools.

Lead multi-discipline design teams for federal clients, manage projects from proposal through closeout, ensure quality and budget/schedule performance, cultivate client relationships, and support business development including SF330 and proposal efforts. Mentor staff and enforce Huitt-Zollars processes and QMS.

Design and open-source LLM observability libraries, pipelines, and APIs; collaborate with the OSS community; prototype LLM techniques; integrate tooling into Arize's platform to improve debugging, evaluation, and metrics; and produce docs, tutorials, and evangelism to grow the LLM evaluation community.

Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Commercial Operations and leadership team: manage complex calendars, travel, expense reports, contract routing, meeting logistics, onboarding coordination, records and document management, and lead departmental projects and events in a hybrid (60% on-site) environment.

Own end-to-end payroll and benefits operations across multiple entities, ensuring compliance, data integrity, reconciliations, and audit readiness. Design controls and scalable automated processes, document workflows, and partner with Finance, People, and Legal to align compensation, benefits, and equity accounting during monthly and quarterly closes.

Owns post-sale relationships for enterprise customers, leading onboarding, driving adoption and renewals, coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying risk, and translating customer feedback into product and commercial outcomes.
