Provide front-desk and administrative support, manage communications, supplies, scheduling, vendor coordination, onboarding logistics, invoice processing, and office events to ensure efficient daily operations and policy compliance.

Serve as strategic finance partner to senior leadership to support profitability, ESOP compliance, and long-term value creation.

Serve as the branch welcome-center lead, delivering high-quality member service, onboarding and training staff, managing membership accounts and events, supporting scheduling and administration, ensuring building safety and child protection, and fostering community relationships to drive membership growth and YMCA mission goals.

Manage project scope, schedule, and budget; serve as main contact for clients and teams; oversee project execution and reporting.

Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise data integration solutions.
