Part-time Parks Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Parks Department: processes invoices, maintains electronic records, monitors budgets, contacts vendors, digitizes manuals, researches grants, assists with bid packets, tracks inspections, maintains supplies, reports incidents, and supports staff under Superintendent supervision. Works up to 20 hours/week and follows Park District safety and confidentiality procedures.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and administrative tasks: process and apply customer payments, prepare daily deposits, reconcile accounts, support customers and sales, prepare internal reports, maintain records, and assist with billing, collections, and office administration.

Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense programs. Partner cross-functionally to design routings, create work instructions, validate processes using statistical analysis and Lean/Six Sigma, support production quality, manage improvement projects, and document process changes.

Provide part-time user support and community moderation for creative professionals: manage inbound inquiries end-to-end, moderate Discord, host Office Hours, create tutorials, troubleshoot collaboration and billing workflows, and surface user feedback to product and engineering.

Lead daily accounting operations including month-end close, financial statement preparation and analysis, GL reconciliations, AP/AR, fixed asset management, regulatory filings (NCUA, Fed Reg D), support audits/examinations, and coach accounting staff to improve processes and reporting accuracy.

Source, screen, and manage pipelines of cleared and non-cleared candidates for federal government contracts. Run 3-10 concurrent recruiting campaigns, use multi-channel sourcing (databases, Boolean searches, ATS, ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn), coordinate interviews, and conduct market research. Maintain urgency, meet deadlines, and guide candidates through the full talent acquisition lifecycle.

Lead design and delivery of cloud-native, distributed full‑stack systems; own end-to-end projects and incident response; mentor engineers; write ADRs and RFCs; optimize performance and apply secure SDLC and AI‑augmented development practices.

Perform advanced workforce and talent analyses, build self-service BI products and dashboards, generate and present insights to Talent and Executive leadership, collaborate with Finance and Human Capital for workforce planning, and partner with teams to identify opportunities for deeper analytics and process automation.

Provide in-person and virtual reference and research assistance, deliver library instruction and consultations, maintain knowledge of collections, gather usage statistics, support circulation duties, and contribute to library guides and special projects during evening and semester hours.

Design, develop, and maintain Palantir Foundry solutions: build ontology objects, workspaces, dashboards, and forms; manage datasets and data transformations; gather and translate business requirements; troubleshoot, document, and support Foundry applications while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
