Responsibilities include event logistics, venue sourcing, budgeting, campaigns, content, audience acquisition, sales enablement, measurement, and pipeline analysis. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and BizTech to develop account-focused programs that generate and accelerate business.

Design and build AI-native financial infrastructure, including scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and full-stack applications. Develop agent-powered workflows for underwriting, risk monitoring, collections, and payments. Operate applications in the cloud, participate in code reviews, and help evolve engineering standards and AI-assisted development practices. Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

Implements and configures StrataJazz Decision Support software for major health systems, including cost accounting, service line margin, and episode analytics. Builds reports and workflows, validates functionality, tests features, leads customer meetings and training, manages project timelines and budgets, communicates risks, and supports product improvements. Requires healthcare finance understanding, advanced Excel skills, customer-facing consulting experience, and travel to customer locations.

Own the growth of Rain’s branded payments and stored-value business from opportunity identification through partner acquisition, deal close, and launch. Lead business development, commercial negotiations, go-to-market strategy, pricing, market positioning, and launch sequencing. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market teams to translate partner needs into buildable products, establish strategic goals, track performance, and represent Rain with external stakeholders.

Architects, scales, and governs design systems, ensuring 1:1 parity between design assets and front-end code. Owns component libraries, design documentation, design tokens, accessibility standards, and UI pattern governance. Partners closely with development, product, and UX teams to guide implementation, manage component requests, conduct usability testing, reduce technical debt, and improve developer experience. Also maintains machine-readable documentation and AI-ready design infrastructure.
