The role builds scalable systems, processes, reporting, and planning frameworks while driving measurable funnel performance, ROI, positioning, and predictable growth. It partners closely with Revenue Operations, Product, Sales, and company leadership.

Leads full-cycle PCB layout for complex AI accelerator cards and system baseboards. Owns high-speed routing, constraint management, stack-up definition, power delivery layouts, and design methodology. Develops SKILL, Python, or TCL automation for layout audits and reporting, and partners with power, ASIC, fabrication, and manufacturing teams to ensure DFM, DFT, DFA, and high-yield production. Requires expertise in high-density, high-speed PCB design, including 112G/224G SerDes, DDR5/HBM, HDI, and advanced materials.

Support the CEO through complex calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, confidential communications, project tracking, research, and stakeholder relationship management. The role owns operations of the CEO’s office, coordinates board and investor engagements, follows up on strategic initiatives, supports office and vendor operations, and helps optimize workflows. Own the full sales cycle for digital, event, and print advertising solutions. Prospect new SMB and regional business accounts, conduct discovery, present media plans, close deals, manage pipelines, and grow existing accounts. Use Salesforce, Outreach, ChatGPT Enterprise, and other AI tools to meet activity and revenue targets while building long-term client relationships in the Albany Capital Region.

Serve as the technical authority for Resi’s indirect channel by training distributor and dealer teams, creating enablement materials, designing solutions for complex opportunities, handling technical escalations, supporting expansion opportunities, maintaining demo environments, and informing product roadmaps. The role requires ProAV and video infrastructure expertise, hands-on system design and installation experience, consultative communication skills, and travel to industry and integrator events.
