Contract Community Partnerships Manager to identify, secure, and manage 5–10 Atlanta-based anchor partners (libraries, Head Start, community centers, pediatric offices). Responsibilities include stakeholder outreach and buy-in, negotiating placement agreements, coordinating bulk delivery logistics, stewarding partners through the 90-day pilot, collecting distribution feedback and impact data, maintaining partner records, and supporting research data collection.

Lead and build the finance function for a PE-backed, multi-branch services platform. Own financial strategy, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, treasury, tax, insurance, IT/ERP standardization, and M&A financial integration. Own the product lifecycle for financial planning platforms: define strategy and roadmap, gather requirements, lead cross-functional delivery, manage vendors, implement AI-enabled features, drive adoption, and support ongoing optimization to improve advisor productivity and client outcomes.

Develop furniture products from concept through prototyping, engineering, testing, and production launch. Create SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, and prototypes; collaborate with design, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability, quality, cost, and timeline adherence.

Reach and engage inbound prospects via phone, email, and social channels. Qualify leads, collaborate with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and expand reach into target accounts. Maintain organized, high-quality outreach and communications.

Generate and qualify leads via outbound phone, email, video and social media; nurture prospects to set appointments for Account Executives; run sequenced campaigns; track and score leads in CRM (Salesforce); provide feedback to Marketing and Value Proposition teams; pilot sales enablement tools. Key goals: pipeline volume, appointments set, pipeline value, and revenue from appointments.

Research, write, and submit corporate, foundation, and municipal grant proposals; prospect and analyze funding opportunities; coordinate budgets, reporting, and compliance; maintain grants calendar and systems; and collaborate with program, finance, and leadership teams for post-award management.

Support day-to-day supply chain operations: maintain inventory accuracy in ERP, coordinate domestic and international shipments, perform cycle counts and audits, process ERP transactions, track and resolve shipment/inventory discrepancies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist warehouse activities, and identify process improvements.

Support portfolio managers in construction, monitoring, and analysis of stable value (fixed income) portfolios. Perform asset allocation, risk monitoring, performance and attribution analysis, develop interest-rate scenario models, manage market value and reporting data, assist trade support, and contribute to client and prospect presentations and investment commentary.

Provide on-site end-user technical support: install/configure hardware and software, troubleshoot software/hardware/network/VPN/wireless issues, manage IT inventory and lifecycle, maintain documentation and ticketing records, coordinate vendor repairs, and offer informal user training.
