Provide onsite administrative support to Springwell staff, especially the Quality and Contract team. Duties include data entry, reports, audit support, document organization, mail/phone/email handling, receptionist coverage, and maintaining supply and meeting spaces.

Embed with commercial teams to identify high-value AI opportunities; translate business problems into technical requirements and delivery plans; design, build, and deploy agentic GenAI solutions and platform extensions (connectors, tool-calling, MCP servers). Own prototype-to-production delivery, communicate with traders and engineering teams, and champion AI best practices, code reviews, and evaluation.

Provides routine and some complex HR support including creating and processing HRIS actions, maintaining personnel records, auditing files, assisting supervisors and employees with HR/payroll questions, preparing reports, and coordinating HR events and programs.

Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and regression suites for web, API, and backend systems. Automate tests (Java/Python/C#/Robot Framework) using Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, integrate into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot Linux, SSL/TLS, and network issues, analyze results, support production, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve quality.

Develop and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript. Extend and harden AI automation frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD. Create test plans, execute automated tests, analyze results, report defects, and collaborate with development and QA teams to improve quality and processes.

Support the CFO and finance team by performing accounts receivable and payable tasks, cash application, invoice posting, collections, expense audits, month-end reconciliations, sales tax compliance, audit support, and ERP system procedures. Assist with process improvements and cross-functional accounting duties as needed.

Work on full lifecycle civil site projects including site design, drawings, stormwater management, permitting, stakeholder coordination, and construction administration. Collaborate across disciplines and offices on municipal, resort, housing, trail, and residential projects; support permitting and onsite inspections while helping grow the Kingfield office.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CTO and CPO: manage complex global calendars and travel, prepare meetings and materials, triage issues, manage confidential records and CRM data, process expenses, run projects/events, and act as liaison across engineering, product, security, and support teams.

Design, implement, and operate multi-cloud cloud foundations across GCP and AWS: account/project topology, networking, IaC modules, state strategy, Kubernetes cluster foundations, IAM/workload identity, cost visibility, and controls to support SOC 2. Drive reusable Terraform/OpenTofu patterns, networking, and infrastructure standards for growth and reliability.

Lead construction projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets, contracts, subcontractors, schedules, owner relationships, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation to ensure on-budget, on-scope delivery.
