Serves as the welcoming face and voice of TRICOR Insurance by assisting visitors, clients, and callers. Also evaluates GenAI and LLM-powered features through evaluation harnesses, ground-truth datasets, and scoring methods.

Coordinates real-time operational communications for bus and light rail services. Monitors incidents, delays, detours, emergencies, and facility conditions; updates websites, email and SMS systems, digital dashboards, social media, and internal notification systems. Collaborates with operations, information systems, communications, planning, customer service, and police teams. Prepares management reports and correspondence while responding quickly and clearly during high-stress service disruptions.

Support an agency-wide AI initiative by analyzing AI usage, evaluating solution compatibility with enterprise infrastructure, and maintaining an enterprise AI landscape. Provide technical guidance on AI governance, risk, ethics, compliance, interoperability, scalability, security, and data governance. Lead analytics engineering for external data products: design and maintain scalable data pipelines and models using DBT, SQL, and Python; build dashboards; partner with product, engineering, and clients; set technical standards; mentor and grow a team while remaining hands-on.

Conduct weekly flight test operations for a sub-scale airship, including preparation, execution, troubleshooting, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and flight-data analysis. Support flight software and hardware integration, flight-test planning, GNC analysis, mechanical component iteration, embedded systems, telemetry processing, and simulation-model improvements. The role requires Python or C++, PX4, CAN, motor and ESC knowledge, CAD familiarity, and collaboration in rapid build-test-fix cycles.

Drive enterprise revenue by sourcing, developing, and closing large, complex deals for Alviere's HIVE platform. Build and manage pipeline, lead strategic sales conversations with senior stakeholders, negotiate contracts, collaborate cross-functionally, provide accurate forecasting, and ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding and implementation teams.
