Manage residential customer relationships to promote Frontier products, handle inquiries and escalations, review sales orders for quality and compliance, resolve client issues, support sales team strategy, and maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams.

Design, develop, and optimize firmware for AssetLink custom hardware and proprietary 'Coconut','AP','Vulcan' ecosystems. Integrate software and hardware, perform system testing and debugging, document embedded system designs and cloud integrations on bare-metal servers, and train/supervise technicians and employees on custom scripting languages and architectures.

Provide Christ-centered executive financial leadership for a donor-funded ministry. Oversee financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, accounting, audits, compliance, grants tracking, and internal controls. Advise CEO and Board, partner with development on revenue forecasting, lead finance team, and ensure financial readiness for growth and capital initiatives while promoting stewardship and organizational alignment with mission and values.

Use EHRs and BI tools to collect, analyze, visualize, and report quality and performance improvement data. Develop Power BI dashboards, identify trends/outliers, analyze incident reports, and support compliance reporting (Joint Commission, CARF, HIPAA, HRSA).
