Support commercial and client operations by administering public agency contracts, tracking deliverables and compliance, assisting invoicing and onboarding, researching grants/RFPs, preparing proposals, maintaining proposal content, and supporting business development and marketing tasks including CRM data entry and collateral updates.

Support accounting and financial reporting for one or more dealership locations: maintain general ledger, perform reconciliations, manage vehicle and parts inventory accounting, cash deposits, AP/AR, month-end close, and resolve accounting discrepancies while coordinating with dealership and accounting leadership.

Lead technical solution design and implementation for warehouse storage and automation projects. Support sales with proposals, create drawings and bills of material, estimate costs, manage project execution, liaise with suppliers and customers, and analyze data to deliver value-added material handling solutions on schedule and budget.

Produce and manage education-focused digital content: create video/image assets, package and optimize for web and social, coordinate workflows with production and marketing, monitor performance metrics, and apply accessibility and SEO best practices to increase reach and impact of KET learning resources.

Build full-stack features for robotics platform: own data model, Go backend services, and React/TypeScript front-ends. Develop internal tooling, realtime telemetry/video pipelines (WebRTC/WebSockets/gRPC/Zenoh), and operator interfaces. Collaborate on infrastructure and performance debugging in a hybrid, startup environment.

Process and code vendor invoices, execute payments (check, ACH, wire), maintain AP records, resolve vendor/payment discrepancies, support vendor relations, ensure compliance and organized recordkeeping, and provide clerical support to the Finance team.
